How to make your own CBD herbal tea?

Recipe CBD Infusion

CBD infusion

While there are many ways to consume CBD,infusion is probably one of the healthiest and simplest methods. It's a good natural alternative to inhalation or vaping, and the virtues of CBD are blended with those of other plants. Ingested as a dietary supplement or as an infusion, CBD's supposed effects will take longer to occur than with inhalation (around 1 hour). It is therefore advisable to drink your CBD infusion in the evening, before going to bed, to enjoy its relaxing benefits.

The origin of the ingredientsinyour infusion is very important. For CBD flowers, check their extraction method, origin, THC content (less than 0.2%) and growing conditions. For the sake of your health, opt for organic, environmentally-friendly products.

As for the rest, all tastes are in nature, so don't change your habits and continue to use your favourite plants and teas with your CBD. Infusion remains a moment of pleasure and relaxation, so choose your ingredients according to their aromas and taste properties.

Basic recipe for a successful CBD infusion

Ingredients:

  • Water
  • 0.5g CBD flowers for 1 person (One CBD flower = 10% CBD on average = 50mg CBD)
  • A fatty substance (honey, milk, cream, vegetable oil...)
  1. Bring your pan of water to the boil
  1. Add the fat to the water. CBD is fat-soluble, so it dissolves very well in fat, but not in water.
  1. Crumble your CBD flowers or Trim and place in a tea strainer, muslin bag or tea ball.
  1. Infuse the CBD for 15 minutes over low heat, leaving the water to simmer.
  1. Pour the CBD-infused water into your cup and enjoy!

Note that you can replace CBD flowers withCBD isolate (99.6% concentrated CBD crystals, 98% CBG crystals, 94% concentrated CBN crystals) for a more potent effect. In addition, most CBD products can be consumed as infusions; Moonrocks, for example, are a good alternative, with CBD concentrations ranging from 30 to 80%. For CBD/CBG/CBN isolates (or crystals), a precise balance is essential for your dosages.

Special 420 Greenroad recipe for peaceful nights :

Plants have different virtues that complement those of CBD, which are supposed to help you relax and fight anxiety. Lime blossom is generally used for sleep disorders, thyme for coughs and sore throats, hibiscus for high blood pressure... however, like CBD, they should not be assimilated to a drug.CBD infusion is not a miracle recipe. Ask your doctor and/or pharmacist for more details.

Here's our recipe with CBD, chamomile (a natural relaxant), linden (helps you fall asleep) and verbena (for digestion).

Ingredients:

  • Water
  • 0.5 g CBD flowers for 1 person / or isolate
  • A fatty substance. We recommend honey for its taste and sedative properties. Herbal tea with orange or lime blossom honey helps you fall asleep.
  • Chamomile, Linden, Verbena (available in bulk at reasonable prices in some specialty stores)

1) Bring your pan of water to the boil

2) Add the fat to the water.

3) Arrange your CBD in the form that suits you best, in a tea strainer, muslin bag or tea ball.

4) Leave the CBD to infuse for 15 minutes over a low heat, leaving the water to simmer.

5) Then pour the boiling CBD-infused water over your plants and leave them to infuse for 2-3 minutes, covering the container. You can then stir the mixture before filtering and drinking from a mug.

The infusion method suggested above is also valid for teas you prefer during the day, since theine is a "natural stimulant" that is best consumed in the morning or during the day. Depending on the plants and, above all, the plant parts you use for your infusion, the method of preparation is not the same. Leaves and flowers are best suited to infusion (which is perfect for CBD), while roots, stems and barks are best used for decoctions.
