What are the advantages of taking capsules?

CBN capsules, whether made with CBD, CBG or any other legal cannabinoid, belong to the category of food supplements. However, to start with, we recommend taking 1 capsule a day (in the evening, 30 minutes before bedtime) to begin experiencing its soothing, relaxing effects.
