What are the advantages of taking capsules?
CBD Capsules represent an alternative way of consuming cannabidiol. These ingestible capsules can be considered as food supplements, which the European Parliament* defines as "foodstuffs whose purpose is to supplement the normal diet and which constitute a concentrated source of nutrients or other substances with a nutritional or physiological effect, alone or in combination..." . CBD Capsules have a multitude of advantages, starting with their ease of use. As with ordinary capsules, they are absorbed orally, preferably with a large glass of water.

What is the dosage?
Dosage** is defined as follows:

- 30mg capsules: Medium to high dosage, pronounced effects, suitable for defined use throughout the day, preferably during breaks.
- 50mg capsules: High dosage, powerful effect, recommended for night-time use or in case of crisis
It's important to note that the maximum daily dosage (= the number of capsules that can be swallowed per day) may differ according to individual morphology and sensitivity to CBD. Always bear in mind that there isno absolute, proven dosage**. Light doses combined with a regular schedule will enable you to observe your reactions to the product and gradually increase the CBD content (from 10% to 20% capsules, for example) or the number of capsules in a day, until you find what suits you best.
