As the cannabidiol oil releases from the candy coating, it slowly diffuses in the mouth. Suggested use: Don't hesitate to wait 1 minute before swallowing, to allow thecannabinoids contained in the candy to befully assimilated.
As far as dosage* is concerned, there are no absolute indications. At around 24mg of cannabidiol per berlingot, we advise you to start with just one a day. The relaxing effects will be felt after just a few minutes. You can then adapt the product to your own personal needs, to find the dosage that suits you best.
