We know it's sometimes hard to find the information you need to feel confident before you order. That's why we've decided to create this page in question-and-answer format.

420 Green Road - A French brand, operated by a French company

Why isn't 420 Green Road the Italian company it used to be?

We can't answer this question in detail, but all we can say is that 420 Green Road is now operated by a French company: UPWILY SAS. The former directors no longer have any role in this new company, but there's nothing to worry about - we (UPWILY SAS) have kept everything that has made 420 Green Road a success to date, while adding our own touch. You won't be disappointed!

So all your products and parcels are sent from France?

In fact, all our products are stored on our premises in France and comply with current French legislation (decree of December 30, 2021 and decision of the Conseil d'Etat of January 24, 2022), and all our parcels are dispatched from France by our company.

Shipping & Returns

Have you kept the same refund policy as before, having changed owners?

Yes, of course, if you do not receive your parcel then we will offer you several choices:

• Return the parcel
• Full refund of order

How much is free delivery?

Here are our prices and order amounts before free shipping:

• Lettre Prioritaire + suivi (La poste): €3 and free for orders over €10
• Colissimo (La poste): €8 and free for orders over €70
• Mondial Relay: €7 and free for orders over €60
• Chronopost Point Relais: €8 and free for orders over €70
• Chronopost Domicile: €20 and free for orders over €150

Shipping costs may vary according to the contracts offered by the carriers. We will always try to offer you attractive shipping rates.

What happens if a product is missing from my parcel or if I have another problem with my order?

Even if it remains quite rare, if you are in this case, no worries, just contact us via these different channels:

Rates

How can you sell so many products at such low prices?

Our aim in operating 420 Green Road was to maintain the product diversity to which the former company had accustomed its customers. It was unthinkable to offer less. On the contrary, we're going to develop certain product ranges that had been left a little to one side by the previous management. And how do we manage to offer such low prices? Quite simply, the trust that the 420 Green Road name brings to our suppliers enables us to obtain very attractive prices, and of course we've taken the decision to reduce our margins as much as possible, especially on certain products, such as CBD-based Hemp Oils.

Do you offer formulas adapted to companies? And how do you get involved?

Yes, we'll soon be offering packages for companies and individuals wishing to buy in large quantities. The former company that operated 420 Green Road was having a bit of trouble managing everything, and some criticism of their ability to satisfy their business partners came to our attention. That's why we want to establish a solid, reliable wholesale system, rather than going in headlong.

Do you offer free sample shipping for professionals?

The sample request will become free again to a certain extent, shortly. Free will be defined by an eventual purchase. Yes, it sounds like an odd system, but it's actually very simple! Samples shipped will be invoiced first, and if the person who received the samples makes a purchase from us, then the invoice for shipping the samples will be deducted from the purchase invoice. Each sample will be priced according to our wholesale catalog.

Do you offer a referral system?

Yes, of course, you can sponsor your friends, relatives or even strangers to earn discounts. Just click on "Refer a friend" in the menu to find out more.

Analysis

Do you analyze your own products, or do you rely on supplier analyses?

Every time we buy a product, even if it's a repurchase of a well-known product, we send it for analysis to the French laboratory LEAF, reputed to be the most reliable in the sector for accurate cannabinoid analysis.

Here is a list of the products purchased:

• Supplier analysis request
• Purchase
• Reception
• Taking a random sample
• Send sample to LEAF
• Receipt of analysis bulletins
• If the THC content is less than 0.3%, we keep the product and sell it.
• If THC levels exceed 0.3%, we will return the product to the supplier.

No product offered for sale on the site will be sold without our full knowledge of its THC content and all other cannabinoids.

Collection

Will you be reselling CBD flowers?

Yes, it's planned. As you probably know, a decree dated December 30 authorized the sale of natural hemp extracts with a THC content of less than 0.3%, but prohibited the sale of flowers or raw leaves. So we went back to 420 Green Road on the basis of this principle. That's why today, January 27, 2022, there are no CBD flowers on our site. However, on January 24, 2022, the Conseil d'Etat temporarily suspended the ban on the sale of CBD flowers and raw leaf. We therefore have every right to sell them. But as explained above, our process for putting a product on sale is quite lengthy, since we first have to receive the product, have it analyzed and wait for the results before we can sell it. That's why there are no flowers on our site yet, but it shouldn't be long now!

Why do you sell CBG and CBN on your website?

CBG (cannabigerol) and CBN (cannabinol) are two very important cannabinoids in hemp and cannabis more generally. They have very different properties and act in correlation with CBD. These two molecules are non-psychoactive, non-addictive and not classified as narcotic substances in either France or Europe, so we are perfectly entitled to sell them in the same way as CBD, if and only if the THC content remains below 0.3%.

Means of payment

Why not use Paypal to accept credit card payments instead of Viva Wallet?

Unfortunately, Paypal refuses to support businesses selling CBD products, regardless of THC content. Should their policy ever change, we will of course offer Paypal as a means of payment.
